1. What’s with ZUMBA ??

    Did my first lesson last night. 

    Wow!! 500 calories were burnt while I was having fun shaking my bottoms n boobs!!

    It was all started when a friend lose about 15kg by doing Zumba weekly during her stay in UK!!  I got frantically excited when she described it as Beyonce’s dance steps.

    To me, Zumba is more of a philosophy - therapy(de-stress) / social connections(new friends) / dance (shaking stupidly when everyone else is trying to do their shakes)
